Mohamed F. Conteh currently serves as the Operations Manager for HOA Logistics Company, where he plays a key role in driving the company’s operational efficiency and client satisfaction. He holds academic certification at the college level along with a certified Microsoft Office achievement from Blu Crest College, equipping him with strong administrative and technological skills essential for modern business management. With over five years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, Mohamed worked as a supervisor with responsibilities spanning Food & Beverage (F&B) and the Banquet department. His career in this sector allowed him to gain valuable national and international exposure, enhancing his expertise in leadership, customer relations, event management, and cross-cultural communication. In addition to his hospitality background, Mohamed has also gained professional experience in the mining industry, where he contributed to operational planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement. His diverse career path has sharpened his ability to manage complex projects, oversee logistics, and adapt to dynamic business environments. Mohamed brings skills in negotiation, team leadership, and strategic planning, making him an asset in building partnerships and attracting investors.
